Who We Are

Our core values

  • Justice: Inequality within and between countries continues to grow. This inequality fuels conflict and disharmony. An unequal economic, political and social playing field is to blame. We are committed to a movement that works to reduce this injustice.
  • Self-determination: The impact SME sector builds individual and collective pride, confidence and purpose. Through our work people gain control over their lives and future plans.
  • Community: We believe the impact SME sector plays a critical role in building vibrant and inclusive communities. Localising business development creates more resilient and connected communities.
  • Partnership: We develop and maintain deep relationships with all actors to build the impact SME ecosystem. We are eager to learn from others, compassionate toward those in challenging circumstances and flexible in our approach for support.
